Check in – At time of arrival please stop at the Base Camp HQ to finalize your check in, pick up your camping info, receive your car passes & any extra info that you may need.

After Hours Check in – Arriving after hours no problem. After hours check-in box is located up front at Wildwood HQ (Dark Blue Building) to the Left of the garage door. Please make sure Release forms for registered guests are completed online (attached in conformation email) prior to arrival and update office with proper # of people, vehicles & pets that will be residing in your site. This will help us properly prepare your check-in packet. Thank you!

Speed Limit – The Campground speed limit is 5 MILES PER HOUR.

Washing of Vehicles – Washing of vehicles (boats, cars, RVs, etc.) is prohibited in the campground unless you are stay for a longer duration. Please check with the office so we can better assist you.

Vehicles Included – RV Sites include 1-Camper and 1-Vehicle or if tent camping in a RV site 2-Vehicles.

Walk in Tent Sites include: 1-Vehicle.

Extra Vehicles – Extra Vehicles are $5/Vehicle/Night.

Car Pass – All Vehicles inside the campground must be registered and have a parking pass.

Visitors – Your visitors are always welcome at Wildwood Campground. All visitors must register as a guest at Wildwood HQ.

Guidelines – Registered guests are expected to abide by all Campground guidelines.

Guest Fees – – Daily Guests 8am-9pm FREE – Overnight Guest $8/guest.

Fire Rings – All sites have a fire ring on site. Fires are only allowed in fire rings. Fire rings are not to be moved.

Firewood Pick-up or Delivery – Bundles of Firewood are available for pick-up or Delivery to site. Please let our Main HQ know what works best for you!

Bulk Firewood – Bulk firewood can be purchased at discounted pricing.

No Firewood is allowed in from Outside the Campground - Due to the possible spread of invasive pests and diseases to the campground eco system & habitat we do not allow firewood in from outside the campground. Pests and diseases can be hidden in firewood. Even healthy-looking wood can contain live beetles, insect eggs, and microscopic fungi spores. These organisms can't travel far on their own, but can be transported hundreds of miles in firewood. New infestations can cause significant damage when introduced to a new area these pests and diseases can destroy native forests. Firewood from outside the campground is prohibited and will result in a fee.

Trees – No cutting down trees or limbs or peeling of Bark is allowed at any time.

Campfire – Fires can not be left unattended.

Quiet Time – 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times.

Minors – All children ages 0-17 must be at the guardians campsite by 10 P.M.

Outside of Quiet Time – Outside of these times, please enjoy time at your site while being respectful of other guests.

Dumpsters/Dump Station – The Dumpsters and the Dumpstation are located near the exit onto Skinner Rd at the Sanitary Station shown on Campground map.

Trash Disposal – Please dispose of your trash properly at the dumpsters in the Sanitary Station.

Grill Charcoal – Please dispose of used charcoal in the fire ring at your campsite.

Waste Water – Ground disposal of waste water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law.

Reservations – Reservations are not required, but are highly recommended.

Booking Your Site – You can book your reservations here online or by calling Wildwood Camp Office 715-477-3333.

Deposit – 1/2 down is required at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Credit Cards/Cash/No Checks – We accept Discover,Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Cash. Sorry, no checks.

Site Lock Fee – Our system is set up to maximize our available space, a one-time $15.00 site lock fee will be applied for any specific site requested.

Confirmation Email – A confirmation will be emailed if an email address is provided.

Open Line of Credit throughout your Stay… If a credit card is on file, you and/or your campers may charge things to your site and avoid carrying cash around during your stay. All charges to the credit card on file will be charged at time of purchase.

Speed Limit – The speed limit throughout the campground is 5 MPH…please be respectful and watch for people, pets and wildlife.

Pedestrians – Pedestrians always have the right-of-way.

After Dark – In order to ensure your safety after dark, please carry a flashlight with you.

Bikes – No bike riding after dark unless you have a safety light attached and on.

Weather – Keep an eye on the weather for your stay so you can properly prepare yourself with the proper gear.

Campfire – Fires can not be left unattended.

Tiki Torches - Please No Tiki Torches. These rules are put in place to prevent fire hazards and ensure the safety of campers and the surrounding environment.

All Friendly pets are welcome.

Pets are $2/pet per night.

There is a Pet wash Station in back of bathhouse.
